Created by and under the expert direction of Executive Chef Andrew Mirosch, the chefs create inspired dishes using the finest locally-sourced ingredients, honoring the vibrant traditions of island cuisine while introducing innovative, contemporary touches. Whether you’re indulging in a romantic Dinner beneath the stars or enjoying a relaxed Lunch with friends, guests are encouraged to relish the essence of the islands in every mouthful. The extensive menu features a selection of seafood, steaks, and meats sourced from America, Australia, and New Zealand, all enjoyed in our waterfront dining area on the beachside deck. Delight in fresh lobsters when in season, and indulge in our American seafood grill and steakhouse favorites with Caribbean influences. Don’t miss our 18-hour slow-cooked prime rib on Sunday nights, featuring char-grilled premium meats, house-made sausages, and slow-smoked barbecue, along with the freshest seafood and handcrafted pasta, made fresh daily in-house.
