Our Chef who loves Pizza is also gluten intolerant! He discovered that the best Gluten Free Pizza was hiding in Naples, Italy. It was therefore extremely important for him to learn how to craft the very best Gluten Free version of Neapolitan Pizza and bring it back to Provo. ​ All our Pizzas are also made available on our house-made gluten free crust so that everyone can enjoy Neapolitan Pizza! We use the fines blend of gluten free flours.
